数字读法
千位： thousand千分位之间不加and百万： millionone hundred 可以读作：a hundred十亿：billion123 = one hundred 【and】 twenty three100 = one hundred / a hundred200 = two hundred
百位数给场景下的读法：
112 = one hundred twelve / one twelve210 = two ten零的读法：
305 = three hundred 【and】 five / three oh five
千位数各场景下的读法：

如果分子大于 1 ，分母必须用复数形式
